Our term dates follow Hawthorn Tree Primary School. Holiday Club runs during most school holiday periods — and our stretched funding offer means funded hours can be spread across 48 weeks of the year.

A few things to note
Dates follow the Hawthorn Tree Primary School academic calendar. We will always give notice of any changes via Famly and the website.
Stretched funding — 48 weeks
Government funded hours can be stretched across 48 weeks of the year rather than the standard 38 term-time weeks. Stretched funding for 2025–26 ends Tuesday 18th August 2026.
Holiday Club booking
Holiday Club runs during most school holiday periods (excluding Christmas and bank holidays). Sessions can be booked by the hour or as a full day. Book early — places fill quickly during busy holiday periods.
Bank holidays — always closed
We are closed on all UK bank holidays regardless of where they fall in the term or holiday schedule. We are also closed for a two-week Christmas break each year.
